Help & FAQs
An excellent way to differentiate yourself from the competition is to provide quality help and customer support. Create a list of FAQ’s around commonly asked product and business questions. Provide a way for people to contact you with their queries and remember to set expectations around how quickly you reply to email/phone messages.
Put yourself in the customers’ shoes, as an interested buyer, what questions would you have?

- Help Contact info
- FAQ’s as they relate to your business (shipping, returns, product specific, etc.)
