  • Do you support shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
  • How long does it take to process and ship an order?
  • Exceptions

Returns & Refunds

When describing your store’s return and refund policies, provide as much detail as possible. Include information like how many days a customer has to request a return and under what circumstance returns are accepted.

Topics to address in your Returns policy:

  • Number of days a customer has to request a return (7 days, 14 days, etc.)
  • Return mailing address
  • Instructions for returning items
  • Under what circumstances is shipping reimbursed
  • Restocking fees
  • Return exceptions/exclusions
  • What happens if a return is shipped back in unacceptable condition?

Keep in mind that regardless of your own policies, you are responsible for adhering to Shopster’s as they pertain to Shopster products.  Read Shopster's Returns Policy here.

Remember – When building this page, ensure that the url name is “shipping-and-returns” when using Shopster’s “Earthy Tones” or "Sky" templates, otherwise your page will not display when clicking the upper right hand shipping and returns link.
